26th August National Dogs Day

A day to take time to appreciate the love and value that dogs bring to our daily lives, and to do our bit for homeless and abused dogs. By keeping dogs safe they repay us with their unconditional love, working for the emergency services to supporting people who are blind, deaf or disabled, this is an opportunity to give something back by applauding ‘National Dog Day’.

To celebrate National Dog day MAK office held a dog photograph competition. The competition had three entry categories: The Cutest, Most photogenic and Best fancy dress outfit. The judging of the dog’s photographs took place during the lunch period and each person in the office had one vote for each of the categories. There were over forty photo entries! The dog with the most votes won a special prize, just for them, something to eat, something to play with and of course a gold medal.
